General things to know about usage of the Spa
Arrival Time
We would ask that clients allow enough time for your experience and arrive 20 minutes prior to your appointment, so we can record your spa needs and details, offer you some refreshment and a chance to relax in our luxurious tranquillity lounge. As a courtesy to all our clients a prompt appointment schedule is adhered to, late appointments may cut into their treatment time.
General Spa Etiquette
We offer an environment of total relaxation, tranquillity and peace, so in order to achieve this please ensure that mobile phones are turned off when entering the Spa, out of respect for other guests. Mobile phones are not to be used in any area of the spa during your stay with us. Please keep noise to a minimum so that you can enjoy our spa, its facilities and treatments.
For your comfort
A robe, towels, slippers and the use of a complimentary locker will be provided for you during your stay with us. Please return them to reception prior to leaving. Swimwear is required in the pool area and must be worn in the steam room and sauna. Bare feet are not allowed in any of the Spa's areas, slippers must be worn at all times. Disposable underwear is available for all treatments.
N.B. Please take care of valuables as we cannot be liable for their loss.
Cancellation policy
A 24 hour cancellation notice of all appointments is required to avoid charges. 24 - 12 hours will be a 50% charge of original booking. 12 hours 100% of your original booking will be charged. No notification will result in full charges being applied. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Spa membership are non-refundable, non transferable and non exchangeable.
Treatments can be adapted to suit each individual and groups's requirements. Large and small groups are catered for.
